Three-bedroom apartment in a new built residence (completion in April 2019) with one large bedroom, a second bedroom with two beds (double bed upon request),  one living room with couch-bed for two guests and  safe.  COT (for children 0-2 years)  upon request.   Completely equipped kitchen with oven, microwaves and dishwasher, extendable table for 6 people in the dining area, Sat – TV,  bathroom with shower.  Laundry cellar for the residence’s guests (washing machine, dryer, clothes horse). Panorama Terrace with table and chairs. The kitchen is well equipped, pillows and blankets for beds/couch-bed are in place.  BED SHEETS and TOWELS  can be provided for a fee (price on request). Floor heating and air condition in all bedrooms and in the living room.  A parking space in the residence garage is included. Free wi-fi in all apartments and free use of the swimming pool.  
Our guests have free access to the surrounding garden with a playing area for kids, a children’s area in the swimming pool, a sun terrace with sun beds and a dressing room with toilet.
